Fitness Challenge: The fitness component of this challenge has been super simplified so that ladies of ANY fitness level will be inspired to participate. There will be an uber quick workout assignment each day. These all-new workouts are organized into a calendar —> so all you have to do is print the calendar, complete the daily workout then mark it off! It will take less than 20 minutes per day. Woohooo! And of course there will be FUNtastic (yep that’s a word) sweaty surprises for those ladies who want to take it up a notch!!

Fit for Fall is more than just a meal plan and fitness challenge– as mentioned above I will be challenging you to love and embrace your body.
