Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter (any nut butter or even seed butter will work)
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • 3 cups organic rolled oats
Instructions
  1. Lightly coat a 9x9 glass baking dish with coconut oil.
  2. Melt the peanut butter and honey together until smooth, either in the microwave or stove top. Combine mixture with oats.
  3. Press into prepared pan. Place in refrigerator until set. Cut into squares.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ENJOY (gluten & dairy free) chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 bananas (sliced)
Instructions
  1. Place ENJOY chips and coconut oil into a saucepan to melt.
  2. Stay near the pan at all times & gently stir until melted- (it will melt very quickly then shortly after it will burn so keep an eye on it).
  3. Place the sliced bananas onto a pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the banana slices covering the top or most of the banana.
  5. Place the pan into the freezer and let it cool/freeze for at least one hour (overnight is best but seriously who is going to wait that long?)

Ingredients
  • 2 organic apples sliced
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Slice up 2 organic apples & place into a small glass baking dish.
  2. Spoon in 1 tbsp of coconut oil (split it up & drop in random spots throughout the apples), do the same with 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup, then sprinkle with a good amount of cinnamon.
  3. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes- stirring ½ way through & coating all the apples with the liquid. Serve them up piping hot.

  • 3-4 large organic kale leaves
  • 1 cup frozen organic mango
  • ½ cup water or coconut water
  • Optional Toppings: coconut flakes, hemp seeds, goji berries, chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. The liquid is just to help blend it up so you need just a bit - if you use too much it will be too runny. Use the Vitamix wand or stop & stir with a spatula to get it all evenly blended. Top with super foods & Enjoy!

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ¾ cup mashed organic pumpkin or squash (or puree)
  • 1 egg (could sub flax egg for vegan)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅓ cup raw honey (could sub pure maple syrup for vegan)
  • Optional: add ½ cup of ENJOY chocolate chips (gluten & dairy free)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • • ¼ cup hemp seeds (or use soaked almonds, cashews)
  • • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • • 1 avocado
  • • 1 very large frozen banana (or 2 small)
  • • 1-2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • • dash sea salt
  • • ¾ – 1 cup water (or you can use almond milk instead)
  • • 4 ice cubes
  • *Optional: sprinkle with hemp seeds & cacao powder

  1. Blend all the ingredients together; adding the water or almond milk to thin if desired. It’s a thick one- so you may need to eat it with a spoon!

Ingredients
  • Crust
  • ½ cup dates
  • 1½ cups almonds (soaked for3-4 hrs)
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Cheesecake
  • 3 cups cashews (soaked for 3-4 hours)
  • ¾ cup lemon juice OR 6-8 drops of lemon essential oil (I used doTerra)
  • ½ cup maple syrup (use ⅔ cup if you like it pretty sweet)
  • ¾ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-3 teaspoons dried lavender (4-6 drops of lavender essential oil)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I used the seeds of one vanilla pod from a Trader Joes)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. (Make sure the nuts are dried off first).
  2. Line a cake pan or pie tin with non-stick or waxed paper. Press mixture into the sides and bottom of pan.
  3. Refrigerate to set, about one hour.
  4. Blend all ingredients together in food processor until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour batter into set crust and refrigerate for several hours or overnight before removing from wax paper and serving!
Notes
It's very important to dry the nuts completely before processing them into the recipe. So after you soak them be sure to lay them out onto a towel to thoroughly dry.

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk (vanila or plain)
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1-2 tbsp raw honey OR 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (depends on how sweet you like it)
  • A dash of cinnamon

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on low for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve.
  3. *Don't try to hand mix this drink because the raw cacao powder will be clumpy - use the blender!
Notes
*Add a cup of ice to make a frappaccino type drink.

  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • Sea salt & ground pepper
  • Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper + olive oil.
  3. Pour coconut sugar into a shallow bowl.
  4. Slice the bananas & dip/coat with sugar & place onto the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the coated bananas with salt & pepper.
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes (until edges are crispy but centers are chewy)5
Notes
Kids love these (minus the pepper)!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cashew flour/meal (got mine at Trader Joes)
  • 1 cup almond flour/meal (got mine at Trader Joes)
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup unrefined coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of Enjoy chocolate chips (these are dairy & gluten free)
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients (except Enjoy chocolate chips) in a large bowl.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Once everything is mixed- stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Prepare a baking pan by covering it with parchment paper (I like to use the foil/parchment paper).
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the baking pan.
  6. Bake for 10-14 minutes.
  7. (*Watch for the edges to crisp up & cookies to turn golden brown).
Notes
*You could just use all 3 cups of almond flour -if that's all you have! **You could use dark chocolate chips instead of the Enjoy chips but then it won't be gluten & dairy free.
