Ingredients
  • 2 cups kale
  • ½ cup organic pumpkin puree
  • ½ apple
  • ½ banana
  • 2tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup purified water
  • 2 ice cubes
  • *add any superfood powders you love such as maca, spirulina, & camu camu
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in your blender & blend!

  • 4 bananas
  • 6 dried dates, pitted
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 5 heaping tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder but then they won't be superfood muffins)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • For the delicious topping:
  • 1½ cup mixed nuts, chopped (ex: sliced almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons almond flour/meal
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. INSTRUCTIONS
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. In your food processor, puree bananas and dried dates until you get a paste. Let it go for a while so the dates can break up completely.
  4. Add in eggs, coconut oil, and maple syrup and puree.
  5. Then add in the coconut flour. Mix. Then cacao (or cocoa powder). Mix. Then finish it off with adding the baking soda, powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix well in your food processor.
  6. In a separate bowl, add together the delicious topping mixture.
  7. Now line your muffin tin with paper muffin liners and use an ice cream scoop to plop batter into each muffin. It should make 12 muffins so try not to pile too high because the topping will take up a lot of room.
  8. Then add a heaping tablespoon of topping on each muffin and spread out around the muffin.
  9. Place in oven and cook for 35-40 minutes. These guys take a long time because they are so dense and wet, so check them at 35 minutes and every couple minutes after that. All you need to do is press on the top, if it gives a lot, they aren’t ready. Be patient.
  10. Once they are cooked, let cool for at least 20 minutes. That way they will come out of the muffin liners easily.

  • 1 organic green apple
  • ½ head of organic green cabbage
  • 4 large organic carrots
  • 1tbsp raw honey
  • juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • 2tbsp sesame oil (optional)
  • Garnish: hemp seeds, sliced almonds, raisins, goiji berries, golden berries, chia seeds
Instructions
  1. If you have a food processor with a shredding blade- great! If not, then you will need to grate by hand or finely chop the cabbage, carrots, and apple and place into lage bowl.
  2. In your blender: add honey, lemon, and sesame oil and blend.
  3. You can leave the dressing on the side or pour it over prior to serving. Don't forget your superfood garnish!!
  4. *If keeping raw slaw for leftovers be sure to squirt lemon jiuce all over it to keep it from browning and keep in an airtight container.

  • ¼ cup gluten free oats (I like Bob's Red Mill)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3-4 tbsp organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ sliced banana (freeze the rest for smoothies)
  • Toppings:
  • Raisins
  • splash of unsweetened almond milk
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch pumpkin pie spice
  • pepitas (or any nut)
Instructions
  1. Combine the oats and almond milk in a jar. Stir in the pumpkin puree, chia seeds and spices. Add banana, cover jar, shake and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Notes:
  3. In the morning you can eat chilled, set it on counter for 30 minutes to take the chil out or microwave for a few seconds.

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder (Superfood Boost: use cacao powder instead)
  • 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • *Topper Ideas: sliced almonds, berries, raw pepitas, chia seeds, hemp seeds, bee pollen, raw cashews, or raw sunlower seeds.

Instructions
  1. Put your frozen banana and all other ingredients into a blender or food processor until smooth. That’s it!
  2. NOTE: This is NOT something you can put back in the freezer after making. It's strictly a make and serve dish. So make it and eat it!
  3. Alternative: If you prefer, you can just do the banana and milk with a splash of vanilla extract. It’s very similar to vanilla ice cream

Blueberry Pancakes

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla
1/2 cup blueberries (or more if you like)

* use coconut oil for cooking

Directions:

Combine ingredients & cook until golden brown. Top with pure maple syrup, organic apple sauce (for the kids), almond or sunflower seed butter.

Superfood Blueberry Muffins

1 cup almond butter
1 cup almond meal/ flour (or cashew meal)
3 eggs, whisked
½ cup Raw Honey
⅓ cup Hemp Seeds
⅓ cup Coconut Oil, melted
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
pinch of cinnamon
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If you’re good at baking, you’ll know to mix the dry then the wet ingredients then mix together, but I do all the ingredients together and it works out just fine.
  3. Place ingredients into 8-10 silicone muffin cups in a muffin tin. Or you can use muffin tin paper liners.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Just keep an eye on it, they will puff up and get golden brown.
